Where talents can help Sustainable SMEs grow on online platforms and learn to become a Digital Entrepreneur yourself!
DOTs is a program that gives youths the opportunity to get involved in helping sustainable SMEs grow on online platforms. Experts from various industries will be sharing knowledge through workshops and mentors from Sea (Thailand) and Shopee will also be involved in helping youths develop digital skills.

Talents and sellers work closely together to adjust their business strategies and find solutions for the issues that sellers come across, all with guidance and close consulting from Sea (Thailand) and Shopee’s mentors throughout the project. Each team will also be sharing their experiences in the Sharing Session as one learns from each other and gathers new ideas.

Those who are selected will be given the opportunity to share their knowledge and methods of helping SMEs grow sustainably on online platforms, to the world and potentially inspire other SMEs in Thailand.

3 Categories of SME
You will come across SMEs from 3 categories, all of which focus on sustainability
and are ready to exchange knowledge and develop themselves.
Food and Beverages that are made from organic ingredients, plant based ingredients that help reduce negative impacts on the environment.
Health and Beauty products that are made from natural ingredients, safe for human use and does not use animal testing, all in which aims to encourage people to take care of themseles along with preserving the environment.
Home and Lifestyle products that are made from recycled or upcycled materials, to encourage long term use and environmentally friendly products.

A special award for teams that show outstanding results from each category
5,000 Baht/team,

And a special award for all teams in the category of the winning team.
Timeline
Complete the application form on www.dots.in.th/register/ and complete the Case submission form, which will be sent after the application form has been submitted. Each team will have to create a Presentation Slide (.PDF file) consisting of 3 pages and upload them to the Case Submission form to be reviewed and selected for the next round.
Complete the application and submit them by 23:59
Announcement of applications who have been selected to interview and teams will take part in a bidding where they selected their preferred SMEs to partner up with.
Teams will be interviewed online.
Teams who made it through the interview round will be announced, along with their partnered SME. Selected teams will have to confirm on on-boarding the program by 4 September 2022.
Activities and workshops to prepare participants for the program (Includes staying over in a hotel in Bangkok, 2 days and 1 night)
Activities and training for participants to be ready to take action (Through Zoom Meeting)
Teams will be required to come up with a strategic plan and take following actions, along with their partnered SMEs (Through online platforms)
Activities for teams to share their knowledge and experiences with other in the program and receive guidance from mentors from Shopee
All teams present their solution to the judges and the best team from each category is selected
The best team from each category will present their solutions to the judges and will be broadcasted to the public

• Complete the application form through www.dots.in.th/register/
• Submit a Presentation Slide (.PDF file) consisting of 3 pages (Limit to 10MB) and upload them to the Case Submission form. The link will be sent after the application form has been submitted. The deadline for submission is 14 August 2022 at 23:59
